3 cups fresh tomatoes, chopped
1 cup onion, finely diced
½ cup green bell pepper, chopped
¼ cup fresh cilantro, minced
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
4 teaspoons fresh jalapeño, finely chopped (with seeds for heat)
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
Combine Ingredients:
